Goals
Don't be one of those yo yo dieters, don't go so hard that you're too sore tomorrow to keep your fitness up. But set your goals, be consistent and make it happen.

Being fit, both mentally and physically helps you to live life to its fullest and can help reduce the chance and severity of medical conditions.

Women are often scared of lifting weights. Interestingly, Rosemary has been lifting weights for for over thirty years now as a way to keep the body toned, the weight off and for great bone and heart health.

Everyday life is stressful and often it's hard to find the time to train. Oddly enough, you'll actually discover that by making the time to train and once your fitness starts to increase, you'll actually have a whole lot more energy to burn and and a lot more get up and go in your day.

We're all feeling the stress of everyday life. But exercise in generally is a fantastic way to manage stress and help you cope when life is giving you lemons. And while you're at it, you'll most likely be improving your memory and cognitive function too.
